Meet Abby Haydon
I had my first metaphysical experience at age 8 when I saw my little brother’s astral astral body in my bedroom in the middle of the night. I had a spiritual awakening when I went to college in Mexico in the 1970s. There I started my studies of Tarot cards and I Ching. My connection to the loving, inspirational group consciousness called the Assembly of Light started and I began doing group and private trance channeling sessions.
In the 1980’s I learned Past Life Regression therapy and also became proficient in Western Astrology. I also studied crystal healing and started sharing my gifts at psychic fairs.
During the 1990’s I became an Aura-Soma color therapy practitioner. I lived with the Mayan scholar Ian Xel Lungold and learned about his Mayan astrology system. I became a licensed massage therapist and started learning many bodywork techniques.
Just before 9/11, I moved to Sedona to make my interests my vocation. There I learned Reiki energy healing and began my communication with the departed. I wrote three books on Mayan astrology, including the Mayan Astrology Handbook. I also learned the Oriental healing techniques of Chinese lymph drainage and cupping.
I have spent over 40 years devoting myself to using my inherent gifts and skills to help people with a great variety of concerns. At present, I am giving messages to departed loved ones, lectures, and workshops at the Spiritualist church in Santa Barbara, California. I also send distant Reiki to pregnant women.

For more than fifteen years Abby has assisted my family with her mediumistic and intuitive gifts. One of the most memorable is how she helped my grandparents. As soon as my mother sat down for a reading, Abby said that my grandfather wanted to be with my grandmother. I had a regression with Abby that healed and changed my life in many ways. I was unable to eat raw foods or anything acidic without getting sick or throwing up. An M.D. I was seeing thought I should have a gallbladder operation. During the regression, I saw myself as a 10-year-old girl in Nazi Germany. My parents had been killed and I was in a concentration camp. I was fed food that made me vomit a lot. Finally, I died and was thrown into a mass grave. When I was a young child in this life I vomited a great deal when I was young. Abby cut the cords to that life for me. Within 24 hours I was eating chocolate cake and drinking coffee. Now I am able to eat anything I desire.
